(i) the name of the ship is the "Athanasios" and not

the "Athenasius", (ii) she will not be sold for scrap

but for running, (iii) she will now call at Manila

instead of Keelung, (iv) she is not now expected to

arrive at Singapore until October 2nd.

I would be grateful if you would now telegraph the

Straits Government and I enclose a suggested draft

telegram which has been agreed by the Foreign Office.
